Angela O'Neill, President Angela O'Neill provides project coordination, survey design, grant writing,
data collection, and report writing services, with a focus on prevention and health-promotion projects. Dedicated to community-wide
initiatives involving nutrition and physical fitness, social-emotional health, disease prevention, healthy sexuality,
safety, and prevention of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use/abuse, Angela is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree
in Health Education at Eastern Michigan University. She has conducted trainings and presentations in local school districts
as well as state-wide conferences regarding community needs assessment and program evaluation. In May 2008, she received
special recognition from the State of Michigan, Comprehensive School Health Coordinators' Association, for her work on

Dr. Jim O'Neill, Senior Consultant
Jim O’Neill, Ph.D, has over 20
years experience in program evaluation and has received national recognition for his development of evaluation tools
and guidance documents from organizations including the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and the
National Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America. A leader in prevention, health-promotion, and school health, Jim has provided
training and guidance at the local, regional, and national level. A Professor of Psychology at Madonna University
(MU), he has instructed over 45 sections of research methods, statistics, and evaluation. In 2004, he was
recipient of the MU Faculty Excellence Award, and in 2007 received the Harrison Award from the Michigan Departments of
